At Urban Sports Club, we’re always striving to enhance the experience for both our members and partners. We’re excited to introduce a new feature designed to highlight the quality of your classes, boost member engagement, and foster a deeper connection with your community: Ratings.
Why are we introducing Ratings?
- Increase Member Engagement: Members can leave a rating after each class, encouraging interaction within the app. Ratings create a stronger connection between members and the classes offered while providing valuable feedback for you as a partner.
- Improving Member Satisfaction: Ratings bring transparency and help members quickly find the best classes that suit their needs. This feature not only helps new members discover the right class but also inspires long-term members to try new activities they may have overlooked.
- Enhancing Quality: Feedback is one of the best tools for continuous improvement. With member ratings, partners and trainers can identify what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. High ratings motivate teams to maintain quality, while constructive criticism helps address weaknesses.
How does the rating system work?
Members are being prompted to rate your classes on a 5-star scale via push notification, 1 hour after a successful check-in. The app will display:
- Average rating per location.
- Number of ratings received per location.
Ratings are collected for both courses and free training.
How are the ratings displayed?
- Number of Ratings per Partner Location: This indicates the total number of ratings a location has received. More ratings suggest higher member engagement and greater trust in the partner.
- Average Rating per Partner Location: Each location shows an average rating, giving members a quick overview of the class quality offered.
When will ratings be displayed?
ℹ️ To ensure ratings are reliable and meaningful, they are only displayed under the following conditions:
- The average score is above 4 with a minimum of 5 ratings or
- The average score is below 4 with a minimum of 10 ratings.
