We’re excited to announce the launch of partner ratings! 🎉 From now on, members can rate your activities in the Urban Sports Club app 1 hour after every successful check-in. This new feature helps you showcase the quality of your classes, increase member engagement, and gain valuable feedback! 🚀

What are the benefits ratings for you as a partner?

  1. Increase Member Engagement: Members can leave a rating after each activity, encouraging interaction within the app. Ratings create a stronger connection between members and the activities offered, while providing valuable feedback for you as a partner.
  2. Improving Member Satisfaction: Ratings bring transparency and help members quickly find the best activities that suit their needs. This feature not only helps new members discover the right activity but also inspires long-term members to try new activities they may have overlooked.
  3. Enhancing Motivation: High ratings motivate the team to continue to deliver high quality. When members submit reviews, you as a partner and trainer can use this data to understand what is going well and what can be improved.

How does the rating system work?

Members are being prompted to rate your activities on a 5-star scale via push notification, 1 hour after a successful check-in. Ratings are collected for both courses and free training. 

What will be visible in the app?

  • Average rating per location
  • Number of received ratings per location
  • No text reviews will be displayed

Which ratings will be displayed?

  • Average Rating per Partner Location: Each location shows an average rating, giving members a quick overview of the class quality offered.
  • Number of Ratings per Partner Location: This indicates the total number of ratings a location has received. More ratings suggest higher member engagement and greater trust in the partner.  

When will ratings be displayed?

To ensure ratings are reliable and meaningful, they are only displayed under the following conditions:

  • The average location score is above 4 with a minimum of 5 ratings or
  • The average location score is below 4 with a minimum of 10 ratings.


FAQ about the New Partner Ratings

  1. Are ratings optional and can I deactivate the ratings for my location?
    No, ratings apply equally to all partners and cannot be disabled individually.
  2. What happens in the case of unfair ratings?
    If you believe a rating is unfair, you can reach out to our Partner Support team. We will review the case in detail.
  3. How are negative ratings handled in case of technical issues?
    Members will only be given the opportunity to rate the activity after a successful check-in – if the check-in is not possible due to technical circumstances, members will not be given the option to rate. If a situation arises that is beyond your control (e.g. integrations problems), we will of course take this into account.
  4. Can I see which members submitted ratings?
    At the moment, we are unable to provide any information about which partners have rated and how often.

We understand that ratings are a sensitive topic and come with great responsibility. That’s why we take this process very seriously. We kindly ask for your patience as we navigate this new feature together. We’re still in the early stages and will continue to grow and refine the experience to enhance member and partner satisfaction at your venue.
