Important Update on Our Payouts (Handout & FAQ)

Today, we are introducing our new payout model. This update applies only to partners with integrated Urban Sports Club bookings (partners using Fitogram, the Partner Portal, and API-integrated partners).

In the new model, we will store all bookings before the free cancellation deadline expires and guarantee the payment for all stored bookings. If a member cancels their class too late (after the free cancellation period*) and another member takes their spot, we will not issue an additional payout. Empty spots that are not filled after a late cancellation, as well as no-shows, will continue to be paid out as usual.

These 3 scenarios may occur:

Scenario 1: Refilled Cancellation

You have 10 Urban Sports Club bookings. One member cancels too late, but another member fills the spot. You have 10 participants in your class. We will pay you for 10 check-ins, but no additional check-in for the member who cancelled too late.

Scenario 2: Late Cancellation Without a Replacement

You have 10 Urban Sports Club bookings. One member cancels too late, and no other member fills the spot. You have 9 participants in your class. We will pay you for 10 check-ins (9 participants and 1 late cancellation).

Scenario 3: No-Show

You have 10 Urban Sports Club bookings. One member does not show up for the class and did not cancel beforehand. You have 9 participants in your class. We will pay you for 10 check-ins (9 participants and 1 no-show).

*The free cancellation window is set to 12 hours before the class by default. However, you can set a shorter window in the Partner Portal.

The payout model is valid starting November 1, 2023. These changes will be reflected in your November invoice, which we typically issue on the 15th of the following month.
